Guides and Pitch Decks.

Okay, so I finally got the first edition of the Guide up for moving to another host state from your origin state with your Non-European Family member. I don’t think it’s prefect yet but it’s a start, you can check it out and tell me what you think at:

In other news I’m currently spending around 6 hours a day working on our investment pitch and it’s associated stuff and I’m spending a around another 3-4 hours a day working on our lead projects. The life of a CTO at a Seed-Stage-Start-up is hard, I mean really hard! There are times when I miss studying 2 degrees at the same time because that was more relaxed than my life is at the moment.

Still, I’m making some really awesome work that I’m really proud of. If life is about being proud of what you do for a living then I’m pretty sure I’ve got it down. //I just wish I could get more free time.//

I’ll be releasing the official Press Release on our core product soon, So make sure you keep checking the blog if your interested in finding out what I do for a living.

I’ve been looking at some part-time degree courses for when I do eventually get some free time. Not being in academia makes me feel inferior to some of my friends at times. I can’t say that I miss that life, but I can’t say that I don’t either. I’m kind of in the space between missing academia and being thankful that I’m no longer in it. I think I’m going to have to find a balance that fits me, but for that to work properly I think I will need to find my self a university that will give me the freedom I need while still providing some form of structured learning.

By the way, learning a language in a country where you can get by with English, is really hard. It’s very tempting to revert to English when you are struggling with Dutch. Though having said that, I can now order coffee and tea, a cheese toasty, and ask how much something costs, so I’m slowly moving forward.

Speak soon,
