The B Team.

Believe it or not, when I was younger I was a bit of a skinny nerd // If I’m being honest, I still am a bit of a skinny nerd // and try as I might to change things, I was always placed in the B team for any sports competitions. It’s not because I wasn’t popular or anything like that, I had friends and I was happy, but there was something about being placed in the B team at school that makes you feel less than awesome.

But now that has all changed, ‘The A Team’ of the business world has all but destroyed the global economy, the environment and exploited the little guy, the little guy who didn’t even get picked to compete. It’s time things to changed, we’ve got to build a better future together, It’s time businesses, big and small, became socially responsible and start to clean up their mess.

Incubated at Virgin Unite and spearheaded by Sir Richard Branson, The B Team is a think tank of business leaders and entrepreneurs who’s aim it is to “make business better” by helping business refocus from ‘just financial gains’ towards ‘People, Planet and Profit’. It’s no small mission and they need all the help they can get.

For the first time in my life, I’m proud to be with the B Team and you should too. Let’s work together to change the world.
